Gram Swavlamban Foundation

Gram Swavlamban Foundation is located in Flat 2102 of Building D, right inside Lalit Nanded City. It’s a pretty big residential complex, so we’re tucked away on one of the higher floors. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the office is basically just a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of paper. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s more of a functional space where we can sit down and focus on the tasks we have for the day. Living and working in Nanded City means we’re part of a big community, and we see our neighbors all the time in the elevators or at the local shops. We don't really go for the corporate look. Most of us just wear regular clothes and keep things informal. Our days are usually spent on the phone or working through various projects that we’ve got going on at any given time. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy when we’re in the middle of something big, but we eventually get it sorted out. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of people writing slogans. We just try to be useful and do our work without making too much noise about it. It’s just a small group of us trying to make a difference from our little corner of Building D. We like the quiet of the 21st floor because it lets us get things done. It feels good to have a permanent spot here.
