We’ve set up shop in Vrukshali Apartments, right next to Kamla Nehru Park. If you’re around Bhandarkar Road in Pune, you probably know the area well. It’s a nice part of town with a lot of trees and families who have lived here for generations. We’ve been working as Goyal Properties from this office for years. It’s not a massive real estate firm with hundreds of agents. It’s just a few of us who know the local buildings and who is looking to sell or buy. We spend a lot of our time walking the neighborhood and talking to people. Our office is comfortable but definitely not corporate. We have old maps of Pune on the walls and plenty of chairs for when neighbors drop by to ask about property prices. We don't use those flashy brochures that make everything look perfect. Instead, we just tell people the truth about the plumbing or the legal paperwork for a house. Being near the park means we get a lot of foot traffic, and we like it that way. Bhandarkar Road has its own character, and we try to match that by being quiet and professional without being cold. It’s a good life helping people find a place to live in a city we love. We aren't looking to expand into every city; we’re happy right here in 411004, doing our work one client at a time.
