You can find us on the second floor of Sun Sagar in Akurdi. It’s a decent building right in Dattawadi. We’ve been operating Goyal Developers from this spot for a good bit of time. Pune is growing so fast, especially around this area, so we stay pretty busy with new projects. We don't go in for those high-pressure sales tactics you see elsewhere. Mostly, we just sit down with people and talk about what they're looking for. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and half-empty tea cups, but that's just how we work. We’ve got a few regulars who drop by just to chat about the local market. My brother and I handle most of the site visits while our assistant keeps the records straight back at the office.
