Goyal Developers operates out of our place at 18/1 2/2/21 in Dhanori Ghatlodia. We’re pretty close to the old Octroi Naka, which is how most people give directions around here. The office is where we handle all the planning and the paperwork for our projects. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a functional space where we meet with contractors and site supervisors. We’ve been working in this area for a while now, and we know the streets of Ghatlodia like the back of our hands. Construction is a messy business, so you might see some dust or blueprints scattered around when you walk in. We spend half our time here and the other half out at the actual sites checking on things. It’s a lot of back and forth, but that’s how we keep things moving. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just focus on the buildings and making sure the math adds up. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit hectic, but we manage. If you’re heading toward the Octroi Naka, you’re basically right there. We are just a local team trying to build things that last. It isn't always glamorous, and there’s always something that needs fixing, but we show up every day and get to work. It’s just us, some blueprints, and a lot of hard work in Ghatlodia.
