You can find us at Crystal Square in Kondhwa. We are in Wing A, specifically office number 206 on the second floor. It is a modern enough building. The address is a bit long with all the survey numbers like 34/2A/34/1, but once you get to the main road, it is easy to spot. We have a small team working here. The office has that typical 2nd-floor feel where you can still hear some of the street noise but it is not too loud. We deal with estates and land mostly. Kondhwa has been growing a lot, so there is always some news about a new project or a piece of land being cleared. Our space is filled with maps and site plans most of the time. We aren't big on decorations; it’s more about having enough desk space for everyone. Usually, we are out of the office for part of the day visiting sites. When we are here, it’s mostly paperwork and talking to people on the mobile. We have a small pantry area for making coffee. It's a plain, working environment. People stop by to drop off documents or ask questions about plots. We just try to keep everything straight and make sure the details are correct. It’s a busy life but we like the pace of it. Nothing fancy, just a regular office in a growing part of Pune. We just get on with it every day without any fuss.
