Goodwill Hsg Society

Our society office is located at Bungalow Number 62/2 within the Dnyanesh Co-Op Society in Warje Malwadi. This is on the side of Pune that has seen a lot of growth lately. Being part of Goodwill Hsg Society means we are mostly dealing with the day-to-day things that come with managing a building and its residents. We have meetings in the small office room where we talk about repairs, water supply, and the garden. It is a volunteer kind of job for many of us. We live here too, so we care about how things are running. The area of Pune we are in, 410058, is a nice place with plenty of trees. We often have residents dropping by to pay their dues or complain about a leaky pipe. We don't have a professional management team; it’s just us neighbors working together. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic, especially when there’s a big repair needed. We use a simple ledger to keep track of the accounts. We aren't trying to be a big corporation. We just want a clean and safe place for our families to live. There is always something to fix or a dispute to settle, but that is just part of living in a cooperative society. We do our best to keep everyone happy and the building in decent shape. It's a simple life here in the society, and we like it.
