Good Land Barons Foundation

You can find the Good Land Barons Foundation over in Pimpale Saudagar. We are in the Kunal Icon complex, specifically Building D/6, Flat 101. It’s a residential area, so it feels very lived-in and comfortable. Being on the ground floor makes it easy to get in and out throughout the day. Pune is a busy city, but our little corner in 411027 is relatively calm most of the time. We’ve turned the flat into a working space where we spend most of our mornings and afternoons. There are bookshelves everywhere, and we always have a pot of water on the stove for tea. We don’t really do the whole corporate office thing. It’s more of a place where we sit around and get things done. The address is Sno.126/1A if you are looking at the land records. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us by now. Sometimes the kids are playing outside in the society garden, and we can hear them through the window. It’s a nice background noise while we work. Our desks are just basic ones we bought locally. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just a list of things we need to finish by Friday. It’s a practical way to operate. We just focus on the work at hand and try not to make things more complicated than they need to be. It’s just us, working out of a flat in Pune.
