Goldenzero Ventures is situated in Manjari Bk, right near the railway gate at Gopalpatti. Our address is H.No. 1786, S 104. It’s a bit of a different spot compared to the big city center of Pune, but we like it here. You can hear the trains go by sometimes, which took a while to get used to. We aren't a big, flashy enterprise. We are more of a grassroots operation working out of this local space. The office is pretty basic with just what we need to get things done. We spend a lot of time on the phone and coordinating different bits of the business. It’s not always glamorous work, and there is a lot of paper involved. We don't have a big team of executives or anything like that. It is just a few of us who showed up and decided to build something here. We’ve had to figure a lot of things out as we went along. Being in the 412307 area means we are a bit further out, but it’s a good community. We don't have a marketing department or a polished public image. We just do the work and hope people appreciate it. Sometimes we have meetings sitting on plastic chairs in the back, just talking through the week’s plan. It’s an honest way to run a business. We like the pace of life here in Manjari. It is a bit quieter than the middle of the city, which helps when focusing.
