Gokhale Builders

Gokhale Builders is located over at 465/4 in Aundh. We have been in this spot for quite a few years. It’s a busy area and there is always something going on outside our door. Our office isn't very large, just enough space for the desks and all the blueprints we have lying around. Usually, you will find someone here drinking tea and looking over some site plans. Construction is a messy business, so there is always a bit of dust on the windows and the floor, no matter how much we sweep. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or trying to track down where a delivery went. Aundh has changed a lot since we started, and we have seen many new buildings go up while we were working on our own projects. We don't have a fancy reception area with a bowl of mints. It’s mostly just us working through the day. Sometimes we get stuck in meetings that go on for way too long. It is just a local business trying to get things built without too many headaches. Most of our tools and equipment stay out at the sites, so the office is just for the paperwork and the planning. It’s a bit cluttered and the lighting is a little dim in the back corner, but it works for what we need. We’re just regular people doing our jobs and trying to keep everything on schedule.
