Goel Ganga Group (Const. Comp.)

At Goel Ganga Group (Const. Comp.), we are set up at Patang Mala, specifically Flat No. 12, Plot No. 50. This is over in the Left Bhusari Colony, right near the Kothrud Depot in Pune 38. It’s a very established part of town. Being close to the bus depot means there is always a lot of movement and noise, which we’ve grown used to. The office is inside an older building, so it has that lived-in feel. It’s not one of those modern office parks where everything is white and sterile. We have our stacks of paper and the occasional leaky pen. It’s just the way it is when you’re actually working. We spend most of our time dealing with construction details and making sure everything is moving along as it should. Kothrud is a great place to be because everything you need is just a short walk away. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest company around. We just want to do our work properly and go home. Our office space reflects that. It’s practical and a little bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. You won't find any corporate jargon here. We talk like regular people because that’s who we are. It’s a simple setup in a busy neighborhood, and it works for us. We’ve been part of this colony for a while now and enjoy the local atmosphere. Sometimes we bring in sweets to share when a project finishes.
