We are set up in Pimple Gurav at Karan Paradise. Our office is B-102, which is right across from Poona Hospital. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you are in the neighborhood. We handle various development projects from this location. The office is usually humming with the sound of people talking on phones and maps being unrolled on tables. We aren't a big, flashy company. We are just a group of people who know how to get buildings constructed. Being near the hospital means the area is always active. We have been working in Pune for quite some time now. Our day usually starts early with a quick meeting about which site needs what. Then it’s a lot of driving around and checking on progress. We keep our files organized here, though sometimes the desks get buried under site reports. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we are something special. We just understand the local market and how to get things done. Dealing with vendors and labor teams is a big part of our life. It has its ups and downs, but we stick with it. If you walk into B-102, you’ll just see us working. We value being direct and getting the job finished without too much fuss. That’s just how we operate. We’ve been at this a while and know what it takes to finish.
