Our workplace is over in Wadgaon Dhayari, specifically in the D.S.K. Vishwa complex. We are in Pavan, unit F-303. It’s a decent spot away from the main city chaos. We run our development operations from here. Being in a residential-style complex means it’s a bit quieter than a main road office, which helps when we are trying to focus on site plans. We are a small team that handles building projects around Pune. Most of the time, the office is filled with blueprints and folders. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily work. We coordinate with engineers and suppliers throughout the week. Sometimes we are stuck in traffic for hours trying to get to a site, but that’s just life in Pune. We like the vibe at D.S.K. Vishwa. It feels like a community. Our work involves a lot of checking on materials and making sure the labor is on track. It’s practical work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just want to get the buildings up and make sure everything is solid. Some days are longer than others, especially when a project is nearing the end. We usually have some tea, talk about the day's problems, and figure out how to solve them. It's simple but it works for us and keeps the projects moving forward even when things get difficult.
