This office is tucked away in Chandan Nagar, over at Yashwant Nagar. It's actually at Balasaheb A. Jagtap’s place, number 38/6 in Prakash Pathare Vasti. It’s a local spot where we run the development business. Pune-14 is a lively area and there’s always something happening. We spend most of our time dealing with building plans and talking to folks about construction sites. It isn’t a high-rise office. It’s more of a neighborhood place. You’ll find us there most mornings drinking tea and going over what needs to happen for the day. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with papers everywhere, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We focus on getting the work finished on the ground. There are plenty of challenges with logistics and getting everything to the right spot, but we’ve got a routine now. People around Chandan Nagar might recognize the name. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just do the work and try to keep things simple. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams. The sun gets hot on the sites, so the office is a good place to hide for a bit and check the numbers. We aren't a big fan of those shiny corporate meetings. We’d rather just talk to people face to face and get the projects moving. That’s how we operate here in this part of the city.
