Our office is located in Manjri, over in the Hadapsar area. We are in P. S. Villa, specifically unit B3/105 at Sr. No. 72(P). It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the center of Pune. We use this place as our hub for all our development and construction tasks. It’s not a big corporate building, just a regular space where we can sit down and look at our project schedules. Hadapsar is growing quite a bit, so there is always some new project to look at. We spend a lot of time talking to site supervisors and making sure the supplies are arriving on time. Sometimes there are delays, and we have to sit here and figure out a new plan. The office has a very relaxed feel. We aren't into the whole high-pressure sales environment. We just do our work and talk to people honestly about what’s happening with the buildings. You might find a few of us here late at night if there’s a big deadline. We deal with all the typical stuff like zoning and material costs. It's not always easy, and sometimes the paperwork feels like it's never-ending. But we like what we do. Being based in Manjri allows us to stay close to many of our active sites. It’s a practical location for a business like ours that focuses on local growth. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next task.
