You can find us at 621 Dattawadi. We are right across from the Vidyaniketan Classes, down Lions Club Lane. It’s a well-known spot in Pune 30. Our office is where all the planning for our development projects takes place. It’s a busy little street and there are always students around because of the classes nearby. We’ve been here for a while and the neighborhood feels familiar. Our team works on various building sites across the city, but this is our home base. It’s a bit crowded in the office with all the files and samples of tiles or bricks lying around. We don’t really mind the mess; it just shows we are working. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a corporate manual. We just talk to the contractors and get things moving. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we are out on the field all afternoon. Being near the Lions Club Lane makes it easy for people to find us if they need to drop off documents. We handle the logistics of construction and the local permits. It’s a lot of legwork. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city, we just want to do decent work on every project we take on. It’s a grind, but we like seeing a new structure finally take shape after months of planning. That is the part of the job that really makes it all worth it.
