We are over at R.De.E(E) Colony, specifically Qtr No 146, which is Type-Iv, right on Alandi Road in Dighi. This part of Pune keeps us pretty busy most days. It’s a standard office setup where we manage our building projects. We aren't some massive corporate entity with a hundred receptionists. Most of the time, it’s just us looking over blueprints or taking calls from the guys out on the sites. Dighi has changed a lot lately, and being based here means we see the changes firsthand. The traffic on Alandi Road can be a bit much in the mornings, but we manage. We handle the usual development work that goes into making new spaces. It involves a lot of back and forth with suppliers and laborers. Some days are smoother than others. We don’t really do fancy presentations or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. People in the colony know where we are. It’s a straightforward operation. We’ve been at this address for a bit, dealing with the daily grind of the construction business in this part of town. There’s always some new challenge, whether it’s the weather or getting materials delivered on time. We just keep working through it. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. We like being part of the local scene here in Pune and doing our bit to build things.
