Goel Automotive

Goel Automotive is over in Katraj, right by Giriraj Society 11/2- 181. It is a garage where we spend all day with grease on our hands. We work on all kinds of cars that people bring in from around the society. Some have engine trouble and some just need an oil change. It is noisy because of the tools and the cars coming in and out. Katraj is a busy area and there is always a lot of dust. We have a few bays where we keep the cars while we work on them. Sometimes a repair takes much longer than we thought because a bolt is stuck or a part is missing. We just tell the owners the truth about how long it will take. We don't have a waiting room with a TV or anything like that. People usually just leave their keys and come back later. It’s a practical place. We’ve seen all sorts of vehicles over the years, from old beat-up trucks to newer hatchbacks. The sun beats down on the metal roof in the summer, making it quite hot inside. We drink a lot of water and just keep moving. It is steady work and we like being part of the Giriraj Society neighborhood. People trust us to tell them what's wrong without any nonsense. That is just how we do things here every day. It's just a regular local garage where the work is honest.
