Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd

Up here in the Kondhawa Khurd area of Pune, we operate out of Unity Park. Our setup for Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd is in Building G, Flat 504. Since it is a residential complex, it is much quieter than being stuck in the middle of the city industrial zones. We’ve converted the flat into a working office where we handle all the regional manufacturing coordination. It feels a bit like home, but with more computers and piles of inventory logs. The elevator in Building G is a bit finicky, so we always tell visitors to be patient with it. Inside, we have got the desks pushed against the walls to maximize the space we have. It is a functional spot where we spend our hours on the phone or checking through delivery schedules. The Pune heat can be a bit much in the afternoons, but we have enough fans to keep the air moving. We usually get our lunch from the small shops around SN 43. It is a tight crew of us here, and we know exactly how to handle the local vendors. We do not go for any polished corporate looks. It is just a place with a lot of paperwork and people who know their jobs well. We focus on getting the tasks finished so we can head home before the rain starts or the traffic gets too heavy.
