Godrej & Boyce Mfg .Co. Ltd

We are Godrej & Boyce Mfg .Co. Ltd based out of Pune. Our spot is in the 411043 area. Pune has changed so much lately with all the new buildings and roads, but we’ve stayed put doing our manufacturing work. It’s a lot of metal, machines, and keeping track of shifts. The workshop floor gets pretty warm during the summer months, but that's just part of the job. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. It's mostly about showing up, getting the machines running, and making sure the output is what it needs to be. We have guys who have been here for years and some newer faces too. It’s a mix of different people all trying to get the work done right. We don't spend money on fancy signs or anything like that. The focus stays on the actual making of things. Sometimes the logistics get a bit messy with trucks coming in and out, but we figure it out as we go. It’s a standard manufacturing life here in Maharashtra. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the weekend while we wait for things to cool down. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people. We don't really have a grand story to tell, just a lot of hard work and making sure we keep things going every single day without any major hiccups. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
