Our office is tucked away in Mangalwar Peth, right on the 8th Block Road near the 20th Main. If you know the area, you know how the traffic gets around number 430. We run things from here, mostly focusing on getting packages and documents where they need to go without too much fuss. It is a lot of logistics work, which basically means a lot of scheduling and making sure drivers know the routes. The team spends most of the morning sorting through what came in overnight and getting the bikes loaded up. It is a bit chaotic when the first shift starts, but that is just how the express business goes. We don't have a big waiting room or anything like that because most of our work happens out on the road. The office is really just a hub for the paperwork and the tracking systems. Sometimes the rain slows everything down in Pune, and we have to adjust the timing, but we try to stick to the schedule as best as we can. It’s practical work. We’ve been at this spot for a bit, so the locals know where to find us if they have something urgent to send out. We aren't trying to do anything crazy, just making sure the deliveries happen. It takes a lot of coordination between the office staff and the guys out on the street to keep it all moving.
