Gloreal Filtration Systems Pvt.Ltd. is based out of Bhusari Colony on Paud Road which is a nice part of Pune near the hills. We are in Flat No.8 at the Prathamesh building and it’s a bit of a tight squeeze with all the equipment and filters we have lying around. The office feels more like a workshop sometimes because there are always parts being moved or tested. Pune is a great city for engineering and we fit right into that local culture of making things that actually work. We spend our days talking about water quality and how to get the systems to run more efficiently. It’s not the kind of place where people wear ties but you might see someone with grease on their hands. We usually have the windows open to let the Pune breeze in unless it’s the monsoon season then we are mostly just trying to keep everything dry. The team is small and we all pitch in with the packing or the paperwork when things get busy. We don't go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just show the filters to the people who need them and explain how they work in plain language. It’s a simple business built on knowing our stuff and getting it done right. We don't see the need to make things sound more complicated than they are.
