Global Tools

Our shop is at Indrayani Corner in Pimpri Chinchwad. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of noise from the traffic outside. Global Tools has been sitting on this corner for a while, and the shelves are pretty much overflowing with all sorts of equipment. We don’t really have a system that looks neat to an outsider, but we can find whatever tool you’re looking for if you give us a minute. The walls are lined with wrenches, drills, and stuff we’ve collected over the months. Maharashtra gets quite humid, so the shop can feel a bit stuffy in the middle of the day, but we keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze comes off the road. We get a lot of workers from the nearby industrial areas stopping by on their way to a job. It’s a practical place, not meant for looking pretty. We spend most of our time counting stock or helping someone figure out which size bolt they actually need. There’s no corporate dress code here; we usually have a bit of grease or dust on our clothes by noon. We just like selling tools and talking shop with whoever walks in. Sometimes we run out of things and have to wait for the next delivery, but that’s just part of running a small business. It’s a simple life at Indrayani Corner, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep at it day after day.
