Global Group

Global Group has its presence in both Pune and at 19 Mumbai in India. It means we are often moving back and forth between these two big cities. The commute on the highway can be long, so we spend a lot of time on our phones or listening to the radio while stuck in traffic. In Pune, we have a regular office setup, and in Mumbai, things are even more crowded. Both locations are pretty functional without any fancy trimmings. We have desks, chairs, and the usual office supplies you would expect. Because we operate in two places, we have to be careful about where we leave our files and laptops. Sometimes things get a bit confusing with the scheduling, but we eventually figure it out. The Mumbai side of things is always faster and noisier, while the Pune office feels a bit more grounded. We don't really have a big corporate headquarters, just these practical spots where we can sit down and get our work done. Most of us have been with the group for a long time, so we are used to the rhythm of traveling between the cities. It is a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We just take it one day at a time, handling whatever business comes our way in either city. It is a busy way to work, but it keeps things interesting for everyone involved. We just keep moving.
