Global Group

Global Group operates out of 436 Shukrawar Peth in Pune. This area is known for being quite old and very busy, with lots of traditional businesses and narrow streets. Our building fits right into that atmosphere. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but that’s just how Shukrawar Peth is. Inside, the office is quite simple with basic furniture and plenty of shelves for our records. We don't really have a lobby, just a front desk where someone sits to handle the mail and the visitors. The walls are painted a plain off-white color and we have a few ceiling fans that stay on most of the year to keep the air moving. Pune gets quite warm, so those fans are pretty important for us. We do a lot of different things as a group, so the work changes from day to day. One morning we might be sorting through invoices and the next we are planning for a project out in the city. The noise from the market nearby is a constant background sound, but we don’t really notice it anymore. It’s just part of being in this part of town. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the papers pile up when we get busy. It is a modest place where we just focus on the job at hand without any extra fuss or unnecessary decorations. Most of the people here have been working together for a long time.
