Global Builders & Suppliers

Our office is over in Pune at Oxford Elegance on Salunke Vihar Road. We are in units 501 and 502 in the E-4 block. It’s a decent building, and being on a higher floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we just see other rooftops and the busy road below. Global Builders & Suppliers is a small team. Our rooms are usually cluttered with blueprints, material samples, and stacks of invoices. It’s not the cleanest office you’ve ever seen, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of our time talking to contractors and checking on deliveries. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong—a truck is late or a supplier sends the wrong stuff. We just deal with it as it comes. We don't have any big speeches about our values. We just try to get the right materials to the right people at the right time. The elevator in the building can be slow, so we get a lot of steps in if we're in a hurry. We usually eat our lunch at our desks while we work. It’s a busy atmosphere but not stressful in a corporate way. We’re just regular people trying to run a business in Waronie. If you come by, don't expect a fancy waiting room. You’ll probably just find us huddled around a computer or looking at a site map. That’s just how we do things every day.
