Our place is located at 7 Shanta Durga Niwas, right off Senapati Bapat Road. If you know the Shivaji Housing Society area, you know it is a bit quieter than the main road nearby. We do technical work with molds here. It is specialized stuff, mostly intended for industrial use. Gli Innomold India Private Ltd. has been operating from this building for a while now. We have a small team working inside. Some of us have been here since the very beginning. It is not a massive factory floor, more like a specialized setup for precision work. We spend the morning going over drawings and checking the measurements. The machines take up most of the space in the back. Pune has changed a lot over the years, but this little pocket stays fairly steady. We usually have our coffee breaks together in the small back area near the window. Sometimes the heavy rain makes it hard to get to the office, but we usually show up on time anyway. Dealing with these parts means we have to stay very focused. It is not always easy work. We get visitors from different sectors who need specific designs made. We do not do much advertising at all. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they work in the same industry. The office has plenty of files and old samples sitting on the desks. We keep the lights on late when a project is due. It is just us doing what we know.
