G.K.Developer

We operate G.K.Developer out of a flat in Pune. Specifically, it’s Flat No 9 in the Parshva Appts. The building is at 123 Budhwar Peth, right there on Jogeshwari Lane. It’s a very busy part of the city. You have to navigate through the narrow lanes to find us, but once you’re here, it’s a quiet enough space to work. The office is care of Vandana V. Gore. We aren't some massive company with a skyscraper. We work from a residential building because it’s central and it makes sense for what we do. The desks are a bit crowded with blueprints and local municipal forms. Pune-2 is an area with a lot of history and old buildings, so there is always something interesting going on outside. There is always a lot of foot traffic outside, so it never stays quiet for long. We mostly deal with the day-to-day tasks of managing projects and talking to the people involved. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy brochures. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sitting at the small table in the flat trying to figure out schedules. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with files stacked up, but we know our way around. It’s a local business through and through. We’ve been in Budhwar Peth long enough to know all the shopkeepers nearby. It’s just how we like to run things. It’s honest work and keeps us on our toes.
