We are set up at Sr. No. 50, right in front of the B.G. Shirke Company. Our office is facing Gate Number 2. This area between Ghorpadi and Mundhawa in Pune is mostly industrial and busy, so there is always a lot of movement around here. Giridhar Housing Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a bit. It’s not a very quiet area because of all the trucks and workers going into the Shirke gate across the road. Pune 36 is a growing part of the city, but our corner feels very grounded and practical. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet people when they stop by. We have some basic furniture and a computer that works most of the time. The tea stall nearby is where we usually get our afternoon break. It's a bit of a walk from the main bus stops, but people manage to find us. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we'd rather just focus on the housing projects we have going on. The windows stay shut mostly to keep out the dust from the Mundhawa road traffic. It's a straightforward place for straightforward work. We aren't big on talking ourselves up, we just stay busy with the day-to-day tasks at the desk. There is usually someone here if you drop by during regular hours, though we might be out at a site occasionally.
