Giiava Foundation

Giiava Foundation operates out of Synergy Com on Law College Road. This is a very well-known area in Erandawane, Pune. The address is Cts No. 47/21, and we are on Plot No. 70/21. Law College Road is usually packed with students and professionals, so there is a lot of energy around us all the time. Our office is in a building that houses a few other businesses too. It’s a busy environment. We have a decent setup inside, but it’s definitely not a luxury office. It’s mostly just computers, a lot of folders, and a big table where we have our discussions. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for people to reach us, though parking is always a nightmare. Most of us take the bus or ride our bikes to get here. The office has a bit of a hum to it from all the electronics and the street noise outside. We don't really have a reception area; you just walk in and someone will be there to talk to you. We spend a lot of time on our local initiatives and don't really bother with making the place look like a corporate headquarters. It’s a working space for people who care about what they are doing. We keep the tea brewing and the work moving along every day. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish, but that is just how it goes.
