Down in Shivane Warje, you have to go right behind the Vishnu-Malti Industrial Estate to find us. We are at No. 77/5. It’s a bit of a dusty road leading back there, and if you aren't careful, you might miss the turnoff entirely because of all the trucks parked along the side. Gi India Automation Systems Pvt. Ltd. operates from this building, which is basically a large shed with some office space carved out in the front. It’s noisy because of the other workshops nearby, but that’s just how industrial areas are. We’ve got some heavy machinery and parts lying around most of the time. The ceiling is high and it gets pretty hot in the summer, so we keep the fans running all day long. Most of the staff has been with us for a while, and we all know where every tool is kept, even if it looks like a mess to an outsider. We eat our lunch together in the small break area near the back door. There isn't much in the way of decoration, just some calendars on the wall and a few old posters. It’s a practical space for the kind of work we do. We don't get many random visitors back here, mostly just deliveries and the occasional technician. It suits us just fine being tucked away like this. It’s a bit out of the way, but we prefer the quiet compared to the main road.
