We are located on the ground floor, specifically Shop Number 8 in the B Wing of Ashtvinayak Vihar. This is over in the Tardobach area of Shirur, zip code 412210. Ghodnadi Urban Nidhi Limited is basically a local spot where people come to handle their small banking needs. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for the older folks in Shirur to stop by without having to climb any stairs. The building is called Ashtvinayak Vihar and most people around here know it. We do not have a lot of fancy decorations in the office. It is just a couple of desks, some filing cabinets, and a place for people to sit while we process their papers. We deal with savings and small loans for the community. It gets a bit busy in the mornings when everyone is out doing their errands. We know a lot of the families who live in the B Wing and the surrounding apartments. Shirur is a nice place to work, and being in Tardobach keeps us right in the middle of things. We are not trying to be a big bank; we just want to be a reliable place for our neighbors. Sometimes we run out of forms and have to wait for the printer, or the tea guy is late, but we get the work done eventually. It is a straightforward life here. We like the direct way of doing business with people we see every day at the market.
