If you are looking for Ghera Panvadi Foundation, you have to head out toward Tal Purandar in the Pune district. It’s not in the middle of the city or anything like that. Ghera Panwadi is the actual place where we are based. It’s got a different feel than the crowded parts of Pune. More space, more dust maybe, and a bit more quiet depending on the time of day. We spend our days here in Purandar and it’s a long way from the big high-rise buildings you see in the city center. The roads can be a bit bumpy getting out this way but that is just part of living in the district. Ghera Panvadi Foundation has been at this spot for a while now. It isn't a polished corporate place with fancy furniture. It is just a building where we work. Sometimes it’s hot, sometimes it’s raining hard, and we just keep going. Being out in Tal Purandar means we are surrounded by more greenery than concrete, which is nice for a change. It’s a very local thing, being out here. We don't really use big signs or have a lot of staff running around. It is just us at the Ghera Panwadi address doing what needs to be done.
