Ghanshyam Hardware Electricals

Ghanshyam Hardware Electricals is located right across from the Maharashtra Bank in the Sairaj Society area. Our actual spot is 3/1/1 A Baner, in the Gurbachan Singh Market on the hill. It’s a bit of a climb if you are walking, but we’ve been here long enough that people know the way. We keep a lot of electrical parts and hardware tools in stock. The shop isn't massive, so we have to use every bit of wall space to hang things up. It can be a bit of a puzzle finding a specific pipe fitting or a certain type of wire, but we usually get it sorted out pretty quick. Being near the bank means there’s always people moving around outside. We get a mix of contractors looking for bulk items and neighbors who just need a new light bulb or a screwdriver. We don’t really do anything besides selling these parts. There’s no big philosophy behind it. We just noticed people needed a place to get their hardware without driving too far, so we stayed here. Some days the shop is quiet and we just spend time re-counting the inventory. Other days, three people are asking for things at once. We just take it as it comes. It’s a decent way to spend the day, and we like being part of the Gurbachan Singh Market community.
