We are over at Survey No. 56 in Shivneri Nagar. If you know where the New Ideal Bakery is in Kondhwa Khurd, we are right near there. It's a busy part of Pune, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. The smell of the bakery is always around in the early mornings, which is a nice little bonus for the staff when they show up. We’ve been set up here for a bit now. It’s a plain building, nothing too fancy or corporate. We just focus on the projects we have on our plate. Some days are definitely more hectic than others, depending on the weather. Pune 48 is where we call home. We started this whole thing because we wanted to work for ourselves and build something real. The office has some old wooden desks and a lot of rolled-up papers. That's just how it goes in this line of work. We don't do much advertising at all. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just walking past the bakery. It’s a decent spot for us. We have a few steady people working here and everyone knows their job. We try to get things finished when we say we will. It's not always easy with the traffic around Kondhwa, but we manage to stay on track. You’ll find us there most days from early on. It’s just how Ghai Construction Limited operates.
