You can find Getzner India Pvt. Ltd. and Speciality Urethanes Pvt Ltd over in Karve Nagar. We are on the 1st Floor of the Shri Swami Krupaneel Kamal Co-Operative Housing Society. It’s a bit of a long name for a building, and honestly, it’s a bit unusual to have an office like this in a housing society, but it works for us. It feels more like a neighborhood than a cold business district. We have two names on the door because we handle a couple of different things related to urethanes and specialized materials. The space is a bit tight with all the samples and files we keep around. Since it’s a housing society, it’s actually pretty quiet most of the time, except for when the kids are playing outside in the late afternoon. The walk up to the first floor is easy. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own tea and coffee. Karve Nagar is a nice area, and it’s easy for most of us to get to. Sometimes the mail gets confused because of the two company names, but we’ve mostly sorted that out now. It’s a relaxed environment, and we don’t really bother with suits or anything like that. We just do our work and go home. It’s a bit cramped, but the people are friendly, and that makes a big difference in a workday. We have our routine and we stick to it.
