Our small office is Flat Number 406 in the Trimurti Sangam Apartments. It’s located in Sangamwadi, Pune 03. It is a simple place where we manage the various development projects we have going on. We call ourselves Gera Developments, though sometimes people spell it a bit differently on the mail. Being in Sangamwadi is convenient for us to get around the city. The apartment building is a regular spot, and we've been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of project files stacked up. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with a fountain. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just find us on the phone or looking at a computer screen. We handle the building work and the planning from here. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have a fan and we keep working. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a flashy office. We’d rather spend that money on the materials for our building sites. It’s just how we operate. We’ve stayed a small private limited company because it’s easier to manage things ourselves. We just do the work, pay the bills, and move on to the next task. Sometimes things get a little chaotic with the paperwork, but we always find what we need eventually and keep moving forward.
