You can find us over at Flat E 01 in the Skyline building, which is part of the B.U. Bhandari project in Duttanagar. We are located on the Pune Alandi Road in Dighi. It’s a decent area, quite a bit of movement these days. Our office is basically just a flat where we’ve set up our desks and filing cabinets to manage Gera Developments. We have our phone number, 9922221906, taped to the desk in case anyone needs to reach us while we are out at a construction site. Dighi is a bit away from the main city center, but it’s growing fast, and there is always some work to be done. We spend a lot of time driving back and forth between the office and the plots we are working on. It’s not a very glamorous job, mostly just checking on materials and making sure the labor is on track. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a small team trying to build things properly. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, or the tea lady is late, but we just get on with it. We’ve been at this for a while and don't see ourselves changing how we work. We just stay focused on the project at hand and try to stay organized in our little office here. If the phone rings and we don't answer, it's probably because we're on a roof.
