Our office is located over at 984 Bhawani Peth. If you know Pune, you know the Peth areas are always busy and full of life. It can get a bit crowded with the traffic outside, but we like being right in the middle of everything. We are Gera Developments, and we mostly focus on the building side of things around here. This part of town has so much history, and we've been working out of this space for a while now. It’s not a shiny glass tower or anything like that, just a regular place where we get our daily work done. We handle the paperwork, talk to the contractors, and manage the different development sites we have going on. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is just us sitting quiet at our desks. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. Most people find us because they saw one of our sites or someone told them where we are located in Bhawani Peth. We try to keep things simple. If there is a problem at a site, we go out and fix it. We don't use big words or make promises we can't keep. It’s just about getting the structures up and making sure the foundations are solid. That is what we do every day from morning until we close up shop in the evening. We're just local people doing our jobs and staying busy.
