We’ve been at Plot No. 2 in the Sadguru Housing Society for quite some time now. Our spot is in Manik B on Sinhagad Road here in Pune. We started things back on January 1st, 1980, which feels like a lifetime ago when you look at how much the city has changed since then. Back then, things were a lot quieter around Sinhagad Road. We just handle building projects and developments. It’s a family-run kind of feel even though the paperwork says we are a private limited company. We spend most of our days dealing with site plans and making sure the construction work actually gets done right. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty with all the blueprints lying around, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't big on fancy speeches or showing off. If you come by the office, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and looking over some site maps. Being in Pune for over forty years means we know these streets pretty well. We've stayed in the same spot because it works for us and the neighbors know where to find us if they need anything. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the work on the plots, and try to keep things moving. There’s always some new challenge with a project, but we just take it one day at a time. That’s how we’ve kept going since the eighties.
