Our office is located at E 1004 in the Daffodils building, right in the middle of Magarpatta City in Hadapsar. It’s a big area with lots of buildings, but once you find Daffodils, we are easy to spot. Working out of Magarpatta means there is always a lot of energy around us with all the IT parks and other companies nearby. Despite being in such a modern area, our office at Gera Developments Pvt Ltd stays pretty low-key. We aren't interested in fancy decor or trying to impress people with a big lobby. We just have our workspace where we sit and figure out the details of our development work. Pune 411 028 has grown so fast and we are right in the thick of it. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, which can be annoying, but that’s just life in a high-rise. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at documents. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do. We try to be sensible about our work and not overcomplicate things. It’s a busy environment but we have our own little rhythm inside the office. We just show up every morning and keep at it until the sun goes down. Most people who work here have been with the company for a long time. We know how things work and just get on with it.
