Gera Developments Private Limited

We are over in Kothrud at the Swapnashilp Co-Operative Housing Society. Specifically, we are in units Ba 21/22 in the Ganesh Nagar area. Being near Gandhi Lawns makes it pretty easy for people to find us since it’s a well-known landmark in this part of Pune. At Gera Developments Private Limited, we don't really go in for the whole corporate look. Our office feels more like part of the neighborhood. We have been here long enough that the security guards and the neighbors all know our names. It's a comfortable spot to work from. Some mornings we spend just catching up on paperwork before the phones start ringing. Kothrud is a nice area with a lot of trees and it’s generally peaceful around the society buildings. We try to keep things simple and honest in our work. There isn't a team of public relations people here, just us trying to stay on top of the projects we have going. We grab lunch at the local places nearby and just keep the wheels turning. It’s a straightforward business and we like the fact that we are integrated into a residential area like this. It keeps us grounded and aware of what the community is like. We just do our best to stay organized and get things done properly without any unnecessary drama. That is basically how we run things every day.
