Gera Developments (P) Limited

If you find yourself near the New R.T.O. in the Vishrantwadi area of Pune, you might stumble across our place. We are at 153/20 in Phulenagar. It is a busy part of town with people always coming and going because of the R.T.O. office. Our office for Gera Developments (P) Limited is just a normal workspace where we handle the day-to-day side of the business. It gets a bit dusty with all the traffic outside but we keep things as tidy as we can inside. We have been in Pune-6 for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There are more shops now than there used to be. Our daily routine is pretty standard, we come in, check the messages, and get to work on whatever project is currently active. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. Just desks, chairs, and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. It's a practical setup for the kind of work we do. Most of the guys here live nearby so they don't have to commute too far. We just try to get through the list of things to do without making a big fuss about it. It’s a simple life at the office. We usually wrap things up by early evening and head home. There isn't much more to it than that. We are just a local team working in Phulenagar.
