Gera Development Pvt.Ltd, Pune

We are located in Parbhani, right across from M.P.H.S. and quite close to the Aptech Institution. Even though the name says Gera Development Pvt.Ltd, Pune, this branch is where we handle things for the Parbhani area. It’s a decent spot because everyone knows the school and the computer institute nearby, so giving directions is never a problem. The office isn't very large but it fits what we need to do. We spend most of our time at our desks or out visiting sites when we have to. Parbhani can get pretty hot during the summer months so we keep the fans going all day. There’s usually a bit of noise from the street outside but you get used to it after a week or two. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't, just a group of people working on local development stuff. It’s mostly just keeping track of schedules and talking to contractors. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow but we manage to get the emails out eventually. We’ve been at this location for a while now and the locals seem to know us well enough. We just take things one day at a time here. It’s a regular office with regular people trying to do a decent job. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay out of the sun when it's peaking. That's about the long and short of it for our Parbhani office.
