Our office is tucked away in Wadgaonsheri, specifically inside the Venkateshkrupa Housing Society. If you know where Stella Mary School is, we are right near there. We operate out of Plot Number 6 at Survey Number 56/6, care of Mr. P.G. Bhosale. It’s a busy part of Pune 14 but our little spot in the society stays fairly quiet most of the time. Gera Development Pvt. Ltd. has been based here for a while and we like the location because it’s easy for the staff to get to. Sometimes the traffic near the school gets a bit heavy in the mornings when parents are dropping off kids, but we just plan around it. The office itself is pretty basic, nothing too special to look at. We have our desks and our files and we just get on with the day’s work. It feels more like a home-grown setup than some big corporate headquarters which suits us fine. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice. Neighbors walk by and wave sometimes. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just keeping up with our projects and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s just us doing our jobs in a local neighborhood. Most people around here know where Plot 6 is. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the various tasks that come through. It’s a decent place to spend the workday.
