Gera Development P Ltd

We are over at Type II in Rangehills, specifically at 86/8 where Hemant K Shelar is. It’s a quiet spot in Pune 20 and we’ve been here for a bit now. People usually find us easily enough once they get into the Rangehills area. We mostly just focus on the daily work tasks that come our way here at Gera Development P Ltd. There isn't much to say about the building itself, it's just a standard place where we get things done. Some days are busier than others depending on what project is sitting on the desk. We don’t really go for anything fancy, just keep the office running. The neighborhood is mostly residential and government housing so it stays pretty calm around the office. We try to stay organized but sometimes papers pile up just like anywhere else. If you are looking for us, look for the 86/8 marking. Pune has changed a lot over the years but this little corner of Rangehills feels pretty much the same as it always has. We usually have tea in the afternoon and just keep at the work until it's time to head home. It is a straightforward operation we have going on here. Not much else to tell you about our setup. We just show up and do what needs doing every day. It’s a small team and we know the regulars who stop by. We don't have a big sign, just the address.
