Gera Development P Ltd

Our office for Gera Development P Ltd is in Dreams Residency, specifically in the B II Wing. We are right opposite Kankaria Hospital, just off Tingrenagar Road in the Vishrantwadi area of Pune. It’s a pretty easy landmark to find. If you see the hospital, you know you’re in the right place. Being in Vishrantwadi is convenient because it’s connected to so many other parts of the city. The office itself is tucked inside the residency building. It feels more like a lived-in space than a cold office. We have the usual stuff—desks, a few filing cabinets, and a kettle for making tea. The B II Wing is usually quiet, which is nice when we need to focus on some complicated development plans. Sometimes the traffic on Tingrenagar Road gets a bit loud, but inside we’re mostly just getting on with our tasks. We aren't big on corporate polish. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone in the middle of a phone call or looking over some blueprints. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards and the local shopkeepers all know us. It’s a nice little community. We just handle the day-to-day work of a development company without making a big production out of it. It’s about getting things built and making sure the paperwork is done. We just take it one day at a time here in Dreams Residency.
