We are Gera Developers Pvt. Ltd. and our office is located at Vasudha C-301 in the Dsk-Vishwa complex. We are right on Sinhgad Road in Dhairi, Pune-41. If you know Sinhgad Road, you know how the traffic can be, especially during the peak hours. It’s a long stretch, but once you get into the Dsk-Vishwa area, things settle down a bit. Our office is on the third floor. It’s a decent space, nothing too over the top. We have a view of the surrounding buildings and a bit of the hills if the weather is clear. Most of the time, the office is just filled with the sound of keyboards and people talking on the phone. We handle a lot of the development tasks from here. Dhairi is a growing suburb, and it feels like there is something new being built every week. We try to stay on top of our own projects without getting too caught up in the madness. It’s a small group of us working here. We aren't into big corporate talk or fancy slogans. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about things other than work. It keeps us sane. The Dsk-Vishwa community is pretty nice, and being part of it makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. We’re just local people doing our best in the Pune real estate scene.
