Gera Developers, Pune is located at A/7 in the Wishwarup Society. This is over in Wadgaon Sheri. It’s a pretty well-known society in the area. Our office is basically a ground-floor unit, so it’s easy to step in and out. Wadgaon Sheri is a lively part of Pune, and there’s always a lot of movement around here. You’ll see people walking to the local shops or kids playing nearby. It’s not like those sterile business parks you see in other parts of the city. We have a few desks set up and plenty of maps of the local area pinned to the walls. Most of our day is spent coordinating with different people and making sure our development plans are on track. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, but we’re used to it. We don’t have a fancy dress code or anything. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for the weather. Pune can get pretty hot, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We’ve been in Wishwarup Soc for a while, and the neighbors are all used to us being here. We try not to make too much noise. It’s just a practical, local business. We don't spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. We just rely on doing our work and being part of the Wadgaon Sheri community. It’s a simple way to run things, and it works for us.
