It’s hard work and the sun can be brutal when you’re out on a site in the middle of the day. But that’s just how construction goes. We’ve been part of this Pune scene for a while now. It feels like home. We know the local vendors and the shortcuts to avoid the worst of the traffic when we need to get to a site quickly. It’s just a group of us trying to build things that stay standing. We don't use big words to describe it. It's just bricks, cement, and a lot of patience. Sometimes things get delayed because of the monsoon, but we just pick up where we left off. It's not a fancy life, but it's ours.
