We are located at No 4 Queens Garden in Pune, which is actually a pretty nice area with a bit more shade than the rest of the city. Our office for Geologistics Pvt Ltd is in an older building that has a lot of character, even if the pipes are a bit noisy sometimes. Working in Pune is good because the weather is usually decent, though it can get a bit chilly in the winter mornings when we first get in. The office is mostly just desks, chairs, and stacks of shipping documents. We don't have any of those modern open-plan layouts; it is just a traditional workspace. We spend most of our hours coordinating with transporters and making sure the manifests are accurate. There isn't any corporate jargon used here; we just speak plainly about what needs to be done. The walk from the main gate to the office is quite pleasant because of the trees in Queens Garden. Sometimes we have tea from the stall just down the road because their brew is better than what we make in the office. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a big sign out front, so you have to look for the number 4 to find us. We just keep our heads down and do the logistics work day in and day out. It is a practical job and we like the location.
